Many Americans today are passionately opinionated regarding this grandiose piece of legislation, but the reality is that most of us don’t even know what the fuck it says! I’m just a guy from L.A. who, for reasons unknown, thinks his simple minded comprehension of complicated statutes is somehow worthy of your time and consideration. My tone is generally irratic. I make jumps in thought process without warning. My mind state is seldom sober while reading or writing this hot mess of health care gumbo. But, my heart is in the right place. I’m just here to help.
